Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Co-ordinating the sales team by managing schedules.
  • Maintaining Data Analysis in Excel.
  • Preparation of Monthly sales MIS, Daily Activity report, Target Report and more as per company requirement.
  • Preparing MIS Report on Daily Basis, Weekly basis, Monthly Basis, Quarterly basis, and yearly basis as per requirement.
  • Preparing data for Publicity of the product.
  • Handling Telephonic and E-mail enquiries for projects and separate the data to client wise, location wise for references.
  • Maintain the customer visit data of sales team for the record and reporting purpose.
  • Co-ordinating with branches regarding necessary information for preparation of various MIS report.
  • Communicate with the sales team to help them achieve their target.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephonic calls and emails.
  • To take the sales review and handling companies Exhibition related information for generating business.
  • Maintain the Price list customer wise.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Candidate Should have experience as per above Roles & Responsibilities.
  • Open to learn new things.
