Job Description

Responsibilities.

  • Sales Support
  • - Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents,

    reports, and presentations.

    - Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

    - Manage sales databases and update customer records with relevant information.

    - Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, providing product information, pricing, and

    delivery details.

    - Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order

    fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.

    2.Customer Service

    - Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing

    concerns or complaints.

    - Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly, escalating complex issues to the

    appropriate personnel when necessary.

    - Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including catalogs,

    brochures, and promotional items.

    - Coordinate customer visits and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

    3. Sales Coordination.

    - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategiesand promotional campaigns.

    - Monitor sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and

    opportunities for improvement.

    - Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

    - Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.

    - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights

    and recommendations.
