Information Security Analyst Job in Visteon

The Responsibilities:

• Assists in the design, development and implementation of security tools
• Creates, updates and enforces all Security Policies, Standards, Procedures, Waivers
• Assist with Information Security Risk Assessments
• Assist with security alert reviews of the following systems, drive root cause and remediation actions.
  • SIEM Access Control Web Monitoring
  • Proxy Anti-Virus Datacenter Security Compliance
  • IPS/IDS Firewall Quarterly Vulnerability Reviews
• Assist with SIEM rule creation and associated remediation workflow
• Assists with investigation of security events to determine root cause and remediation
• Lead annual review of Network VPN connections
• Support Privileged Access Reviews
• Drive secure reductions in locked account incidents
• Develop and drive Security Provisioning Policy, Standards, Procedures for the Azure environment
• Develop and drive 0365 Policy, Standards, Procedures
• Actively mines new Security Technology and proposes applicable solutions
• Develops Training modules for users
• Prepares status reports on security matters
• Involved in the evaluation of products, process, and procedures to improve security and efficiency

The Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, business administration or in the fields of science or technology
• 8 to 14 years overall experience in IT and Information Security as Information Security Officer and/or Information Security Consultant
• CISO, CISSP, SANS GIAC or CISA certification is must
• Automotive related industry experience preferred

Desired Competencies:

• Expertise and experience should include information security: governance, threat hunting & Risk management, Security policy and processes and systems
• Proven experience and expertise in implementing information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Demonstrates fundamental understanding of access, application, system and network security technology
• Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry with associated process knowledge is an advantage (e.g. V-Model, A-SPICE, TISAX).
• A high level of motivation and commitment to identify threat hunting tasks
• Hands on experience of 27001
• Exceptional team/project leadership skills
• Must work well with multi-cultural organization
• Very good communication skills and the ability to discuss logically and factually with business leaders and other stakeholders.
• Good analytical, problem solving and conceptual abilities
