Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, Bing.
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards, automated reports)
  • Write attractive and concise copy for ads and banners
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trend


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Understand paid advertising metrics and strategies to build followers and increase engagement
  • Competent in web programming/coding for large social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of algorithms and how they work on different platforms
  • Competent in analytics and can measure quickly and efficiently daily/weekly/monthly growth
  • Knowledge of forecasting growth vs. spend for paid advertising on all platforms
  • Knowledge of how to cater and build all audiences based on advertising parameters
  • Understand effective use of daily/weekly/monthly hashtags to increase growth and engagement
  • Qualified/credible on social media. Can present certificates or strategies from previous work that was successful
