Institute of Professional Banking requires Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities

Brand Management and Advertising

  • Establish greater awareness about the Institute, its achievements and programs offered, building brand Focus and handling appropriate media selection for advertising new initiatives by the Institute.
  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategy; manage advertising agency relationships.
  • Build marketing plans/calendar.
  • Lead brand partnerships and activations.
  • Liaise with various functions across the Institute to devise and execute various promotional activities.

Web Social Media Promotions

  • Develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible content. Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC, offered by the advertising and promotions agency.
  • Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Establish an effective presence on social media sites.

Public Relations

  • Interaction with media and networking with media personnel and establishing long-standing associations.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

Marketing Information System (MIS)

  • Design and Monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities and ensure that advertisement Expenditure is within the budget.
  • Design and monitor the effectiveness of all advertisement (Media: Online, Newspaper, FM,) and ensure that advertisement expenditure is within the budget.

Team Management and Leadership

  • Ensure that all members understand the team s objectives and work together to achieve it.
  • ConstantMonitoring to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
Experience

Minimum 7 years Experience Required.
