Job Summary

Virus Positive Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the global Support Team, support our customers, use the platform, and help customers get the best experience from the products & APIs. You will operate as a subject matter expert for API products.

No of openings : 3
Salary Range: 2-5 Lakh per annum
Shifts: All shifts are required (Day & Night)

Should be troubleshooting the RESTful APIs using nodejs libraries or Java/ J2EE (Resteasy, Jersey, Spring)
Should be able to build unit test suites for APIs using Google ARC, Postman, SOAP UI
Good understanding of API lifecycle management and digital transformation concepts.
Good experience in SOA, Web Services, SOAP and REST services, Java/ J2EE, and EJB based solutions, Oracle FMW, etc
Analyze and resolve technical & application problems.
Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of APIs.
Ability to research, analyze and compare possible solutions.
Ability to search for relevant information and keep informed of developments and innovation.
High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email mediums.
eCommerce domain experience would be an added advantage.
