Job Summary

RSK Business Solutions India is an offshore development center for RSK Business Solutions which is a UK based IT Consultancy. We specialize in diverse technical platforms such as Java, Microsoft technologies and Oracle for a range of clients. We are currently recruiting an IT support personnel who can support our team of 100+ in India with their day-to-day issues working from home and office and complete infrastructure including in-house servers, cloud services like Office 365 and Azure.

Desired Skills/Competencies

  • Installation of Operating Systems: Windows 10 & 11, Server Standard/Enterprise, Ubuntu, Mac OS.
  • Configuration, Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills on Desktop, Laptop, Router Switch, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Attendance Machine, Cabling, Firewall, Access Point etc.
  • System Hardware installation: RAM, Hard-drive, SMPS, Motherboards, etc.
  • Managing firewalls: Cyberome, Pfsense, Fortigate
  • Installing and Managing Network printers, WiFi, Switches Routers, etc.
  • Cabling, Patching, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • Managing network of workstations
  • E-Mail Client Configuration & Support (Microsoft Outlook, Office, Windows live mail Thunderbird mail etc.)
  • O365, G-suite and Webmail - Create emails, backups & Migration, Group policy, forwarder alias etc.
  • Installation and configuration of software like Java, Visual Studio, Office, and other required development tools. Also, upgrading and downgrading of versions where requires.
  • SQL Server Installation and Configuration including all variants (Enterprise, Standard, Developer and Express Edition), and Backup and Restore activities on same.
  • IIS installation and configuration
  • Knowledge of GIT and Github platform
  • IT Vendor Management & IT Assets Inventory Management
