Insidesales Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails) and willing to work in UK hours
- Understanding customers' needs, answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Research and maintain the database of prospects - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers
- Acquire good industry & solution knowledge to overcome objections of prospective customers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure
- Achieving targets as set out by the business
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Desired Skills:
- Strong cold calling skills focusing theUK region
- Identify key players, maintain and expandthe database of prospects
- Sourcing new opportunities through outbound cold calls / emails and inbound lead follow-ups
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities and work closely with sales for further development and closure
- In-depth understanding of company services & experience on selling IT services to Telco, Insurance, BFSI, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience Required :
