Job Summary

Business Development Manager will be responsible for supervising and organizing company s sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for growth, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The candidate should have evidence of lead generation and maintaining healthy sales pipelines and should be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a business development strategy and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through email campaigns, phone calls, social media reach outs and networking.
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing client s objectives and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met within the stipulated time.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities.
  • Participate and present at Industry Events and Expos.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

  • Proficient with oral and written communication
  • Good business knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
  • Note: Previous experience in field of Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
