Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is expected to expand customer base, create a sales pipeline and pursue newopportunities. The compnay is currently focused on serving the fire protection systems and safety needs of industial segment. Our current typical customers belong to green field and Brown field projects. New opportunities that company intends to persue will help diversify product range and customer base.
Responsibilities:
1 Ability to use a consultative approach to selling, use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading tosales opportunities with both new and existing customers2 Make visits to customer for new/current requirement, any technical discussion3 Preparing for meetings via structural research about target clients4 Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.5 Maintaining and updating database using a customer relationship management (CRM) system6 Create presentation based on the client requirement7 Be the inrterface between the client and concern department from contract to completion of the project8 Write emails professionally to record all discussion with clients9 Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers as well as consultants, architects, turnkeycontractors etc.10 Submitted offer vs responses must be presented to management in review meeting11 Search for new online Tenders and provide support if necessary12 Repoting via BDM on daily basis
Desired candidate Profile:
Should have Project sales experience, Meeting Architect, Builders, Interior Designers, PMCS, contractorsExperience in Equipments or project sales will be preffered.
