Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- To research, build, test, and document state-of-the-art IoT solutions with integrated electronics and firmware development.
- To design innovative IoT services that communicate with server-side technologies and connect to the cloud database.
- To develop IoT device software includes monitoring, execution, OTA updating and self-healing processes.
- To learn the functioning's of and implement new state-of-the-art tools/techniques to showcase experience in quick prototyping methods and structured implementation.
- Providing technical support for web, desktop, mobile applications or IoT applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ Experience as a C/C++ developer for development of IOT applications.
- Understanding of Services, Web-Applications, Networking and communication protocols(TCP/IP, MODBUS, RS232, MQTT)
- Knowledge of sensors/IoT connectivity, IoT platforms, data acquisition and Data Historians.
- You should have prior experience in working with wireless stacks like Zigbee or Thread or BLE-Mesh.
- Familiarity with HTTP,MQTT, Socket Programming, MODBUS, Serial Communication.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in Cloud (AWS, etc.)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- You should be well-versed in embedded software architecture prior experience in working with UML use-case diagram, class-diagram, and sequence diagram to accurately depict system architecture is highly valued.
- You should possess in-depth technical knowledge in working with 32-bit ARM cortex M3/M4 controllers.
- Experience with software design methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud databases and data transfer protocols between cloud and hardware
