Within this role :
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take on a strategic role, responsible for creating and executing growth initiatives. Your primary goal will be to drive incremental revenue growth while serving as the champion for all products and services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Value Proposition Development: Create compelling value propositions for products and services offered through IB, gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to develop meaningful user stories and use cases.
Market Research: Conduct frequent market research to ensure competitive positioning and identify new potential partners to enhance service delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to define and execute communication plans and promotional campaigns.
Pricing & Positioning: Develop pricing and positioning strategies for products and services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market studies, providing insights into market potential and addressable market size.
New Offerings Development: Develop new service offerings based on market and customer needs, and create customized solutions for large accounts.
Sales Tools & Collaterals: Build customer-facing tools and collaterals for the field service team.
Sales Forecasting: Create long- and short-term sales forecasts and analysis for management.
Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving overall order and revenue growth, as well as market share expansion.
Account Recovery: Regain lost accounts by creating value for products and services.
Business Expansion: Drive incremental business through new products and offerings.
Collaboration with OI Team: Work with the OI team to share insights on consumable market needs.
Inside Sales Partnership: Partner with the inside sales organization to meet quarterly and annual service contract revenue goals.
Policy Creation: Develop and implement pricing, warranty, and product lifecycle (EOL) policies.
Business Development: Play an active role in supporting business development, partnerships, and technology initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master s degree preferred)
10+ years experience in marking & coding industry
Proven history of creating effective marketing programs
Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Inclusive and horizontal collaboration skills
Commercial acumen & experience is a must
Ability to influence and drive initiatives
Analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
