Job Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and user guides for our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technical experts to gather information and create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation
Organize and present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
Write and edit technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, release notes, and other product-related documents
Review and revise existing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all documentation
Participate in the planning and execution of product release cycles, including reviewing documentation for new features and functionality

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in technical writing, English, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in the technology industry
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into easily understood language
Familiarity with documentation tools, such as Adobe Framemaker, MadCap Flare, or similar tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
