Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITES: Lighting Product Reliability (Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Fog Lamp etc) for Automotive applications in close coordination with PD Team.
Lead complete Lamp Reliability (Head Lamp, Tail Lamp or Fog Lamp) with a Team of Engineers from Concept to Production & Post Launch Support.
Lead Customer Interactions for Current, Pursuits or Won Programs, Develop Reliability & Robustness Matrix, Maintain DFMEAs, Develop & Execute DVPs within PD Budget as per Timeline, Risk assessment both Technical & Financial.
Execute & Track the Program Timing for Design Verification Plan (DVPs).
Understand the Customers work requirement and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
Meet the quality Procedure/Standards for CAD Design of Components (assembly & part Level).
Ensuring quality Products with regular reviews.
Lead Warranty, Benchmarking & TQCM Activities for Current and Past & Forward Programs to ensure Quality of Product Design.
Thorough Knowledge of design documents DFMEA, DVP, Reliability Matrix etc
Build Capability in the Group thru Lessons Learnt & organizing internal Trainings
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S): BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering from recognized university.
?EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S): 7 to 10 Years Industrial Experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Good Knowledge of 3D-CAD design
Knowledge of Lighting Product design.
Good Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing Process.
Flawless Design with at least 90 % DV FTT.
Maintaining Documents R&R, DVPs, DFMEAs as Per VPDS.
Adherence to timeline & Quality.
Good Behavior with an attitude for learning.
Deliver Program DVPs within Budget
