Job Summary

Reports To: Project Manager

Experience Required: 5 7 Years

3d modelling software: Expert in AutoCAD Electrical/Eplan

Job Location: Pune

General Responsibilities:

  • Understand Project Input and Project Scope.
  • Design and draft electrical control panel / Wire Harness drawings AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Estimation of electrical control panel and harness designing.
  • Handle complete responsibility for project delivery from inputs to deliverable.
  • Deliver the assigned projects on estimated time with good quality /cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize the workload as per the job requirements.
  • Aware of - Panel design, conveyor design, SPM design, Servo system design, VFD design, safety system design and Ethernet network design.
  • Aware of UL 508 A standards. Experience in communicating with USA/UK based customers.
  • Good team player. Confident.

    • Desired Skills:

  • BE/B.TECH In Electrical / Instrumentation / ETC.
  • Generate electrical control panel drawings and should have good knowledge of automation and controls.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of National Electrical Standards CE, IEC, NFPA 79 and UL 508A.
  • Should have a knowledge of PLC Programming of Siemens, Rockwell and HMI.
  • Should have a knowledge of field bus communication technologies like Ethernet,RS-485, RS 232, Modbus, PROFIBUS etc.
  • Should be able to read understand machine layout, electrical, pneumatic diagrams.
  • Experience in using Eplan/AutoCAD Electrical design software is necessary.
  • Experience in creating Symbol, component, model and Wire Harness is necessary.
  • Technical Knowledge: Electric control panel design, PLC / MCC Panels.
  • Excellent English Communication and Technical English.(Written and Oral).
  • Excellent in Organization, prioritization and time management skills.
