Job Summary

Job Description Description: Location- Bangalore Shift- General IST Shift Duties As a Project Coordinator you -may run, administer and organize project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of Project Manager(s)/Delivery Manager, specifically related to the provisioning, on-boarding, day to day operation of our Digital Marketing solutions projects. What you ll do: Coordinate activities, resources, and Act as the point of contact for tasks assigned to you. Communicate project status adequately to all participants, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Powerpoint is a plus Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus Work on PSA for Resource/project hours allocation contract extension Resource Request creation / resource management planning with Resource Management Office Invoice management with customer/SubK Status report on projects Powerpoint, Excel and Word skillset Proactive, independent and able to get up to speed soon Education: 1- 3 YOE Required Skills: CONFLUENCE, MULTITASKING, JIRA, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, DIGITAL CAMPAIGN Additional Skills: INVOICE, EXCEL, PROJECT DOCUMENTATION, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, DIGITAL MARKETING, EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PROVISIONING
