Lead Programmer Analyst Job in Valuemomentum

JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE: Work in Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile). Responsible for translating business requirements into pragmatic and functional application/technology solutions. Work includes to design solutions for PAS, Billing implementation, integrations, service calls and Anywhere API implementation with the help specialized software package Duck Creek. Independently design, develop and implement different LOBs (Personal Lines/Commercial Lines/SME products) based on project intent. Implement workflow, task and complex rules, UI pages, transactions, rating, document generation. Perform configuration in Duck Creek tool and integrate with other applications with Custom Business Objects. Support circulars and state filings. Creation of technical design document that includes the overall design and various components that get integrated/involved with Duck Creek. Perform System Study, Feasibility Analysis, Project planning. Conduct POCs as required. Establish and manage SLA. Support platform and template upgrade whenever needed. Ensure industry best practices are applied when developing solutions including performance, usability, security, data retention, scalability, experience and other productivity considerations. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S. No telecommuting.
