Job Description:
- Handling Customer Tickets on Field Support and Full Day support task.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, worked on MS outlook and other email client applications, Familiar with antivirus functions.
- Handled Laptop and Branded desktops and Workstation
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Flexible to travel for different client locations.
- Excellent communication skills
