Community Operation Specialist(wfo) Job in Vahan

Job Overview:Onboard the shortlisted candidates via calls/emails by explaining the objectives & next step procedures.

Job Description:

• Conducting telephonic briefing of the shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce) in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the SOP
• Explain objectives & next step procedures to shortlisted candidates (majorly blue-collar workforce)
• Compile, record & code results and data from briefing using specified documents given
• Conducting feedback, engagement & support calls with the shortlisted candidates

Requirements:

• Candidates with min 6 months - 1 yr of experience in the telecommunication field will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills & a zeal to excel in this role can apply too
• Must have a laptop
• Must have a decent internet connection & use of personal sim for calling ( bills would be reimbursed).
