Job Summary
  • Relationship Building with Customers - SPOC for their respective customers.
  • Bridging the communication gap by connecting them to the respective department/ team at Vaave.
  • Handling all the inbound calls from customers to assist with their queries.
  • Bimonthly Touchpoint with the following objectives/CTAs in their calls and emails.
  • Update customers on product and service adoption.
  • Take feedback on Customer Experience, Nutgraf, and other resources being shared.
  • Generate Referrals.
  • Reviews on G2 and Capterra.
  • Understanding the challenges of customers and transferring customers to the Customer Success Team for Consultation Call.
  • Have strong conviction about the idea of Vaave
  • Build and maintains trust and strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to learn and grow
  • Ambitious, patient & truly committed to building new relationships
  • Love for challenges and talking to new people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
