Relationship Manager Job in Vaave
Job Summary
- Relationship Building with Customers - SPOC for their respective customers.
- Bridging the communication gap by connecting them to the respective department/ team at Vaave.
- Handling all the inbound calls from customers to assist with their queries.
- Bimonthly Touchpoint with the following objectives/CTAs in their calls and emails.
- Update customers on product and service adoption.
- Take feedback on Customer Experience, Nutgraf, and other resources being shared.
- Generate Referrals.
- Reviews on G2 and Capterra.
- Understanding the challenges of customers and transferring customers to the Customer Success Team for Consultation Call.
- Have strong conviction about the idea of Vaave
- Build and maintains trust and strong relationships with customers
- Ability to learn and grow
- Ambitious, patient & truly committed to building new relationships
- Love for challenges and talking to new people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen
