We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our Virtual Relationship Manager team. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency through exceptional virtual relationship management. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in the Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Virtual Relationship Managers.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and recognize and reward top performers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer focus and teamwork.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service through multiple virtual channels (phone, email, chat).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and increase customer loyalty.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and cross-sell bank products and services.
- Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Monitor team performance against sales targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Identify and address quality issues, providing coaching and training as needed.
What you will need to have
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other relevant software applications.
- Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of digital banking / investment channels and technologies - Preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
