Job Summary
  • The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our software products and web applications.
  • The person will also work on other product installation and implementation projects as required.
  • Support Engineers may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
  • Supporting clients for the installed solutions
  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required
  • Data management for web applications
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
