Job Summary

The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our software products and web applications.
The person will also work on other product installation and implementation projects as required.
Support Engineers may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
Supporting clients for the installed solutions
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps
Should have good written and verbal communication skills
Participation in providing training to customers as required
Data management for web applications
