Social Media Associate Job in Urban Company

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking to hire a Social Media Associate as part of our Communications Team. Your role is to create awareness and inform consumers about the services we offer and act as an advisor-cum-guide on how to best use these services.
• You will be required to combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance the company s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest through innovative media campaigns.

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop integrated ad campaigns.
• Continuously improve handle performance by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with other teams (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
• Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist of 1- 2 years.
• Excellent writing, presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Graphic Designing Skills (Photoshop/AE/Canva) is a plus.
