Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
- Partner with project managers to ensure each project meets a specific need and delivers promptly
- Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, and IT processes
- Compile and distribute reports on development and deployment
- Design and execute custom procedures to extract data from test runs
- Evaluate and conclude data related to customer requirements
- Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
- Ability to design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels
Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of Experience
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, Nintex, and BPM tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent team player with good analytical, and strategic planning
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-starter
