Job Summary Job Description We are looking for a Data & Tech expert who is passionate about enhancing recruitment strategies through technology and analytics. As a Business Analyst, you will manage the SGS ATS system (SmartRecruiters), overseeing its design, architecture, and overall IT support while ensuring the smooth operation of our ATS. Your expertise in recruitment systems and data analytics will provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: -SmartRecruiters Implementation and Management: Oversee the daily management of SmartRecruiters to ensure data integrity and optimize the system. Regularly review and update recruitment processes within SmartRecruiters to enhance functionality and user experience. -Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SmartRecruiters and other data sources to generate insights and reports. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process. -Innovation and Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to ATS functionalities and recruitment analytics. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies. -Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition (TA), HR, hiring managers, and IT, to ensure SmartRecruiters and other recruitment tools meet the organization s evolving needs. -Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training sessions for the TA/HR team and hiring managers on new features and best practices. Communicate updates and changes in recruitment processes and systems to all stakeholders. -Support Recruitment Processes: Assist the talent acquisition team with reporting needs, process optimization, and implementation of best practices. Qualifications Essentials: - At least 3 years of experience working with SmartRecruiters, either as a Business Analyst or in similar roles. - SmartRecruiters certification. - Experience in implementing and managing SmartRecruiters. - Knowledge of Enterprise Data Architecture and how data flows into and out of SmartRecruiters to support best-in-class business processes. - Experience in delivering service level agreements for end-user support of SmartRecruiters. - Relevant experience managing requirements throughout the entire delivery and operational lifecycle. - Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting. - Ability to thrive in a multicultural and matrixed environment. - Project management skills for system implementations and upgrades. - Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and techniques, such as business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories, and use case definitions. - Proficient in organizing and prioritizing requirements using techniques like product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Desirable: - Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and best practices. - Knowledge of standard and best-in-class HR Information Systems (HRIS); familiarity with Workday is a plus.
