Job Summary
- Creating and Analyzing different Data points and give insights to business in key areas of Sales, sales return, Inventory availability and stock outs etc.
- Act as a SPOC for key strategic projects at India region level in logistics and supply chain benchmarking, service providers structured review, RFID/Barcoding implementation etc.
- Regular monitoring/Tracking of key strategic projects and reporting performance to leadership level.
- Participate in all cross functional meetings related to project execution and implementation and represent the India region logistics team.
- Close Liasoning with inhouse IT team, IT vendors, service operation partners and commercial team to execute the projects on ground.
- Prepare and measure the actual performance against objective set by mgmt. for a project and report gaps and suggest different ways of achieving or overcoming the challenges.
- Take the ownership of implementation of any business project assigned on ground from India region team.
