Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization s goals and
objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and
onboarding new hires

- Develop and deliver training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including equal employment
opportunity and labor laws
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination
procedures
- Foster a positive company culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement
- Manage the HR department budget and resources
- Provide regular reports and analysis of HR metrics to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in HR, such as PHR or SPHR
- Experience with global HR operations and managing remote teams
- Understanding of talent management and succession planning
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
