Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization s goals and
    objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and
    onboarding new hires

  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including equal employment
    opportunity and labor laws
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination
    procedures
  • Foster a positive company culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement
  • Manage the HR department budget and resources
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of HR metrics to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification in HR, such as PHR or SPHR
  • Experience with global HR operations and managing remote teams
  • Understanding of talent management and succession planning
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
