Handle Associate Life Cycle Processes end to end - Hire to Retire
Coordinate with Other HR Partnering teams like Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Human Resource Business Partners, HRIT Teams
Lead and Drive Human Capital Management Best Practices across team
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to add new Scope/Quick Process Wins
Develop a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of Contact for Stakeholders to resolve any policies-related queries
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with defined SOPs
Regularly update employee data on the HR system
Assisting Associates and Business in managing Repository, documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.
Maintaining records through our HRMS Software (workday).
Other duties as assigned or required as per business needs
Handle end-to-end HR Operational activities like Hire Actions, Onboarding, Audit & Compliance, Logistics, Employee Queries, Change Management & Separations
Prolific in-depth understanding of the Client requirements and expectations relating to processes delivered.
Deliver results on agreed agenda and Identify opportunities for improvement and consult with the leaders to agree solutions. Create and lead a culture of continuous service improvement.
Handle escalation from Stakeholders and provide the detailed RCA and the Action plan.
Quality check on the key/critical HR transactions as defined in the Quality framework.
Ownership of client calls on a regular basis and ensures required documentation. Update/ review SOP s/LWI s and process maps of related processes.
Manage/Coordinate with the respective team to address queries from the employees related to HR policies, address changes, employment verifications, one time pay outs, expenses, benefits, insurance, company policies, etc. in a timely fashion.
