What success looks like in this role:
  • Security Analyst with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience having in-depth knowledge of Endpoint Security Implementation and support administration surrounding the Process supporting the business for End-User Enabled Security technologies/initiatives. The candidate should have a solid understanding of IT Security, Risk Management, vulnerability assessment and information security compliance initiatives which mitigates threats to the business. This will be demonstrated by a combination of work experience, training, and certification programs.
  • The Candidate should have good knowledge for Solution designing, infrastructure implementation and day to day administration support on minimum two vendor products under each functional area along with extreme understanding on support/troubleshooting of various Windows Servers/Desktop platforms.
Role Description:
  • Will own escalations from team members. Will develop standard operating procedure (SOP) for frequent P3 and P4 incidents. Will work with SDM and Knowledge Management and provide the SOP to Field Ops and Service Desk.
  • Will be accountable for overall Account health and reporting. Make necessary escalations to management in timely fashion proactively and reactively.
  • Will be CR pre and post implementation review. Will perform RCA.
  • Is accountable to client, SDM and Unisys management for the respective account.
  • Facilitate and capture of reporting metrics that would feed SLA/KPI reporting dashboard
  • Work with Endpoint management to improve service and resolve issues
  • Adhere the objectivities assigned to them in ESS.
  • Time booking to right charge codes on actuals.
  • Custodian of respective account processes. Is responsible to train the team members on the process and ensure they adhere them.

Technical Knowledge(2 or more technology in-depth knowledge for all the headers)

Total Security Protection(Antivirus/Anti-Malware, Personal Firewall/ Host Intrusion Prevention System, Hard Disk Encryption, Data Loss/Leakage prevention, Access Protection, Erasure Management, Vulnerability Management, Network Access Controls, Application and Device Control, AV for Servers)

Good technical knowledge and an understanding of IT Security concepts, Crowdstrike antivirus, , Intercept X, networking and encryption technologies Encryption Bit locker, MBAMAccess Control AvectoApplication Control Avecto Defendpoint Application Control, Privilege Management and Solid core


Certifications:
  • Certification on ITIL Foundation, Crowdstrike. Certification on CISSP, CISA, PMP, Prince2 would be added advantage.
Communication & Documentation:-

Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), customer handling skills & Documentation skills.You will be successful in this role if you have:Qualifications : University degree or equivalent education and experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience


Proficient in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application.


Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery. Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
