In a typical day, what you will do (The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Represent Uniphore and be the face of organisation in front of customers
Participate in business requirements workshops for PoCs
Collaborate with internal and external team members, business analysts, etc. to support documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution
Own the responsibility of installation, integration testing, user acceptance testing and production launch of Uniphore s solutions (PoCs and demo systems)
Understand and articulate value proposition of Uniphore s solution
Influence and contribute to Uniphore s product road-map
Understand customer needs and requirements from Uniphore Speech Analytics, Virtual Assistant and Speech Biometrics based solutions
Understand language, accent and context related needs

What you need to have:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in the delivery team of a IT product or IT services organization
Must have hands-on experience with software installation/deployment/configuration on Windows/UNIX based production environments
Must have exposure to database administration/ SQL scripting.
Must have exposure working on AWS environment
Speech Enabled IVR Application or Platform Implementation experience is a Plus.
Any software development experience would be a plus.
Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, one of the languages is preferable
Must have excellent communication skills and command over spoken English
Ability to understand American Accent, British Accent - Additional language/s is a plus
Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions
Ability to interact with customers to interpret requirements
BE/MCA/MBA with tech background
Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with customers and make a difference

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
Solid professional experience in software development
Familiarity and experience programming and using AWS services
