Job Summary Roles & Responsibilities: Incident and Problem Management: Use SAP Solution Manager to manage incidents and problems, collaborating with support teams for timely issue resolution. Change and Release Management: Implement and optimize change/release management processes within SAP Solution Manager, managing the release lifecycle with project teams. Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement SAP Solution Manager Focused Build according to project needs, ensuring alignment with organizational project management processes. Project and Release Management: Define and optimize project and release management processes using Focused Build, collaborating with project managers for effective planning, execution, and monitoring. Requirement Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into Focused Build configurations. Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with updates to SAP Solution Manager Focused Build and propose process improvements. Monitoring and Reporting: Set up monitoring tools, generate reports, and provide insights on SAP system health and performance. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and best practices. Integrations: Integrate SAP Solution Manager Focused Build with third-party tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and BIC. Training and Support: Provide training and troubleshooting support to end-users, project managers, and stakeholders on Focused Build functionalities. Essential Skills & Key Capabilities: Minimum of 7 years in SAP Solution Manager implementation and support. Experience with SAP Solution Manager Focused Build implementation is preferred. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Strong understanding of project and release management processes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills. SAP certifications related to Solution Manager and Focused Build are a plus. Desirable Skills & Key Capabilities: ITIL certification is an added advantage.
