Roles & Responsibilities: Gather requirements from various teams for Development/Upgradation/Revision of products Perform various Aggregate calculations and selection of components, testing and validation of those components Creation of CAD Part and Assembly Models, Part and Assembly Drawings, Performing Tolerance Stack Up Analysis, Dimensional Variational Analysis, etc., Perform Loading calculations, Structural Analysis, MultiBody Dynamics Simulation Creation of Bill of Materials, Release Notes, Standard Operating Procedures, Testing and Validation Reports Work with Vendors and Suppliers to develop the components as per specifications Requirements: Expert in Aggregate Calculations, Aptitude and Logical thinking Ability Expert in using CAD software tools, preferably SolidEdge Strong knowledge of various Manufacturing and Production Processes Experience in creating various product documentations like BoMs, SoPs, Release Notes, etc., Strong knowledge of GD&T, ability to perform Tolerance Stack-up analysis Knowledge of Design Thinking Proficient in performing Structural analysis, Multibody dynamics on paper as well as through various tools like Ansys, Adams etc., Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink or Python is a plus Good to Have: Experience in relevant domain Mass Production components development experience Certified Courses in Design Thinking Knowledge of Engineering Design, Polymers and Injection & Blow Molding Experience of Product Design Engineering with proficiency in Mechanisms design
