Job Description -
1.Relevant Experience in Citrix NetScaler is mandatory.
2.Should have Expert in troubleshooting NetScaler load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, Content switching, GSLB.
3.Working knowledge of Installing and troubleshooting NetScaler MPX, VPX, SDX.
4.Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution.
5.Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.
6.Good oral/written communication skills.
7.Should be fluent to develop technical relationships with customer, OEMs and other teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare solution presentation and present to Client
2.Prepare document and explain to deployment team.
3.Installation, Configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX and ADM.
4.Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM.
5.Troubleshoot issues of Application accessibility.
6.Resource management and reports generation.
7.Handling the incident cases based.
8.Coordinate with OEM and vendor for any issue.
9.Find out RCA of major issues.
10.Team management.
