Description

Exp: 5 to 7 YearsRotational Shift MandateLocation : Mumbai/Pune

24 x 7, weekend on call (P1, P2 tickets) infrastructure services in citrix production support.

L1/L2/L3 management and administration of Citrix Environment.

Installation and configuration of Citrix clients and servers.

Ticket handling for issues on Citrix and troubleshooting.

Proactive monitoring of the Citrix infrastructure.

Patching, maintenance activities, health checks on periodical basis & reporting.

Migration and upgradation of the environment/citrix servers.

Citrix administration support activities for the citrix environment.

Qualification :
Any Graduate

Experience Required :

4 to 9 Years
