The Skills You'll Need Experience in application design, specifically application portals, dashboards, information-heavy screens Advanced proficiency in user-centric design best practices Experience with interaction design principles for the omnichannel experience Experience in user interface design, information architecture, interaction design, human factors, and other related UX disciplines Experience working in a product-based IT company and/or banking and financial services company would be highly preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating past work of user-centred and high quality visual design solutions Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks Strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
