Job Summary
  • Process the Gold loan applications per the defined Credit policies
  • Generate the Bureau reports for the Gold loan applications and share the reports quickly with the branch team.
  • Assess the loan limit based on the appraiser certificate, LTV and Gold advance rate
  • Take decision on the applications as per Credit Approval Grid and obtain necessary deviations
  • Ensure TAT of processing the gold loan applications within the standard limit
  • Establishes a systematic course of action to ensure forms are being cleared in First-in-first-out method;
  • Ensure that internal & regulatory policies & compliances are complied with without fail
  • Ensure smooth co-ordination withGold loan officer, BOO, &Branch Manager so that the files are processed within defined Credit TAT.
  • Coordinates with IT for any system and software related issues
  • Co-ordinate with Gold Loan appraisers for quality reports
  • Co-ordinate with Audit and Vigilance team for monitoring activities
  • Monitor the LTV of the existing gold loans and ensure necessary actions taken accordingly.
  • Ensure Daily and Monthly MIS are being published on time with accurate data
Train the Gold loan officer and BOO on the Gold loan process to ensure quick processing of the applications.
