Job Summary
- 5+ years of experience in applied User Experience research, using a mix of methods like usability studies, contextual inquiry, diary studies, and surveys.
- Bachelor's or MS in a human behaviour or research-related field with significant academic or industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of various user research methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of User Experience research methods including experimental design, data analyses (qualitative and quantitative), and data synthesis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions.
- Strong project management skills, successfully handling multiple studies at once for different products, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in research project execution.
- Experience using advanced computational statistics for analysing large and complex datasets, ensuring robust research outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills to streamline and improve the efficiency of research projects, ensuring timely and impactful results.
