Job Summary
Role Description:
Opportunity to get hands-on experience designing and developing solutions of complex components using the latest technologies from Ab Initio corp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data staging, architecture and consume internal and external application interfaces.
- Assess and resolve complex technical design issues.
- Deploy technical methodologies for client projects, such as functional/technical requirements, design topics, code review and testing procedures.
- Lead or participate in the definition, execution and communication of ETL strategy and technical solution.
- Interact with management and support teams frequently on project status and priority settings.
- Provide project teams with guidance on defining, monitoring and managing business data quality and ETL operational metrics.
Qualifications/Certifications
- B.E./B.Tech - Computer Science
What are we looking for?
- Expertise in latest Ab Initio technologies (3.2.3 and 3.2.4, Continuous Flows, ICFFs, Express>It, Micrographs, Web Services, EME, etc.)
- Excellent skills in Control Center / job scheduling experience, Administration of Ab Initio systems, Continuous flows experience, BRE usage, MDH experience, Query >It experience.
- Hands on development experience with Express>It templates and BRE system.
- Should understand overall ETL and data warehousing system in depth.
- Python experience will be a plus.
- Exposure to web services
- Experience in developing generic graphs and plans
Other Information
- Willingness to attend meetings suitable to client specific timezones, as required.
- National / international travel maybe required as per business needs
