Market Research - Implementation Consultant - Lead Analyst Job in Ugam

Role Description:

Consult with clients to lead implementation across their customer experience projects. This includes project scoping, solving complexities, training clients on usage and monitoring progress. It's an opportunity to work with Qualtrics, leading XM solution provider and collaborate with some of the most experienced in market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for clients as you lead implementation across their customer experience (CX) projects
• Design and document functional & technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines & deliverables
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
• Train end-clients on specific use cases and new aspects of Qualtrics' Experience Management (XM) platform and related solutions
• Review the final solution from the clients best practices perspective & provide recommendations for efficient implementation
• Monitor and review progress for timely implementation of all programs/projects
• Continually adapt and develop product knowledge and learn new technologies
• Be a key driver in growing Ugam's relationship with the client

Qualifications/Certifications

• Bachelors in Technology with a specialization in Computer Science or IT
• Masters in Management with a specialization in Systems or Operations or Marketing is a plus
• Any CRM product certification

What are we looking for?

• Experience in implementation of CRM/CX based products and SaaS or Experience Management (XM) domain
• Mandatory skills:
  • Expertise in SaaS or Experience Management (XM) domain
  • Solutioning mindset, excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience working with international clients and in the market research domain
• Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Confirmit, Decipher & jQuery/ Javascript/ HTML is preferred
• Mentoring juniors in the the team

• Willingness to attend meetings suitable to client specific timezones, as required.
• National / international travel maybe required as per business needs
