Job Summary

Role Description:

Lead the team throughout critical revenue-related tasks across invoice generation, monitoring debtors, revenue reporting, and resolving payment-related client queries. This role requires knowledge of Softex processes, SEZ formalities, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team throughout the invoice generation process
  • Co-ordinating at an operational level within and across various teams
  • Resolving client queries and proactively improving processes
  • Monthly reporting on revenue to management and analysing the same.
  • Managing debtors, reconciliations on revenue-related ledgers, and tax forms like W8/W9, and more
  • Monitoring ageing debtors
  • Liaising with bankers and auditors

Qualifications/Certifications

  • BCom or CA Intermediate

What are we looking for?

  • Experience with Softex processes/ STPI and SEZ formalities
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards
