Domain Knowledge - Sound knowledge on SME Banking products
Knowledge of balance sheet analysis
Knowledge of different industry segments and understanding their working capital cycle
A Go Getter attitude with good Cross Functional skills. Job Description Preparing a Qualified CRM for different industry segments
Good Networking / Acquaintance / Name Recall with SME Industry Associations and clients
Good networking skills with Machinery Manufacturers & Dealers
Organizing SME events by liaison with Industry Bodies
Focus on lead generation of SME business in the important Knowledge Segments where SFL had developed an expertise.
Ability to Liaise / motivate the SFL Branch Channel for Lead Generation
Ensure Activation of BDMS every month, with Daily Active Leadership
Ensure 100% collection performance by Robust Collection Monitoring
Develop good interpersonal skills with Cross Functional Teams
Good understanding of Balance Sheet /P&L. Ability to understand financial ratios and revert to Risk Team to effective improves TAT.
Ensure exceptions are managed and perfected well on time.
Ensure that Post Disbursal Documents are collected and complied well on time. Venue Contact
