Job Description : Recruitment will be the primary responsibility. Should be well-versed in both non-IT and IT requirements. Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause. By analyzing the nature and importance of the requirement, find and recruit potential candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and other methods. Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment. Shortlisting, screening resumes and job applications. Then Schedule interviews and tests to potential candidates Co-ordinating with Candidates & ensuring onboarded smoothly until they join.
