Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION:

You will work with Talent Bee Consulting Pvt Ltd (www.talentbee.in), which is a 6 year old recruitment firm based in Bangalore, specialised in hiring for middle and senior management roles, across industries
  • ROLE

You will be working as a freelance recruiter with Talent Bee. You will be responsible for
1. Sourcing and screening candidates as per the client specification
2. Handling clients end-to-end
3. Fulfilling positions within the timeframe
4, Communication with candidates and ensuring positive candidate experience
5. Meeting your recruitment targets

  • IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • We are looking for experienced female candidates who had handled managerial roles earlier
  • Recruitment experience is preferred, not mandatory
  • Should be self driven. Ability to handle clients independently
  • Willing to work with Talent Bee, exclusively
  • Excellent English communication skills is mandatory
  • Those with prior background in Software / IT hiring preferred
  • Should be able to commit at least 4-5 hours a day to recruitment.

    • SALARY:

  • You will be paid a % of the revenue earned by Talent Bee (actual % will be discussed in person)
  • There will not be a fixed monthly salary

    • LOCATION : Home based. You should have a laptop, good internet (At least 8 MPBS Speed) and a mobile phone.
    Experience Required :

    5 to 10 Years
