Job Summary Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience. Drive workforce strategies and implement HR policies, process, and practice across company. Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently. Demonstrate accountability for creating an environment of positive culture through various employee engagement initiatives. Lead travel-related operations for employees and consultants by coordinating with vendors for visa processes, travel bookings, and end-to-end travel administration. Liaise with internal team, external vendors, and partners for efficient HR and admin operations. Qualification & Experience Degree holder in Human Resources Management or in a related subject, MBA degree with HR specialization is a plus. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR generalist role, preferably in technology company Skills and competencies Self-starter Problem solver Critical thinker Quick decision maker Strong analytical skill Maintain high degree of confidentiality Strong communicator Good to Have Understanding of employment law and compliances.
