Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

In an agile team environment, you will be responsible for end-to-end target delivery, including:

  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (web, email, social media) to improve performance metrics and increase leads.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy, ensuring regular and accurate content posting across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team and supporting teams (e.g., programmers) to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
  • Customer Experience Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and provide insights for their potential adoption.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Appreciation: A sense of appreciation for content, design, and aesthetics.
  • Target Audience Identification: Experience in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Analytics Tools: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Google Ads Management: Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • WordPress Knowledge: Working knowledge of WordPress.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

Qualification :
MBA (Marketing).
Experience Required :
