Job Summary

Position Summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Consultant (Finance) to manage day-to-day activities related to financial, payroll, and management accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Assessment: Evaluate the company s financial status to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Transaction Review: Review daily transactions to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Business Planning: Create detailed business plans to support the achievement of financial goals and quotas.
  • Financial Planning: Develop financial plans to assist clients in reaching their long-term and short-term financial objectives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, including bank personnel and vendors, to manage payments effectively.
  • Invoice Management: Raise invoices and address client inquiries related to billing.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Educational Background: B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or a related degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial, payroll, and management accounting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage bill filing.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Proficient in managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including invoicing and client query resolution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Capable of coordinating with various stakeholders, including bank personnel and vendors.
  • Forex Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Forex market is preferred.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and independently without daily supervision.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a passion for numbers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High-level interpersonal, planning, and self-management skills.
  • Documentation Management: Proficient in filing daily documents, bills, and related paperwork.

Qualification :
BCom, MCom, MBA Finance or related degree
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
