Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities: As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes Good communication skills. Facility management and housekeeping reviews. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments with various vendors for each and every category. File the details of all the vendors and maintain the contact list. Develop and maintain a filing system. Order for office supplies. Book travel arrangements Prepare and monitor purchase orders Ensure the day to day operations are smooth by generating the preventive maintenance reports and fixing the issues from various vendors. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Take accurate minutes of meetings Reply to admin email, telephone or face to face inquiries. Purchase material from different shops after comparing from various shops. .
