My role is to make Phillips Corporation the best supplier of manufacturing technology there will ever be by:

  • Being a Phillips brand ambassador - partnering with our customers and
    suppliers to improve competencies for applying manufacturing technology
    resulting in leaps in productivity - all of my customers (internal &
    external) are always operating at optimal performance
  • Be an organized, professional, analytical and adept problem solver. By
    continually thinking and striving to learn more, I can help resolve problems
    before they happen, ensuring there is no hindrance or roadblock in my work.
    I will be a mentor and coach to all employees regarding processes and the
    financial impact of all transactions.
  • Ensuring that the Pune facility is at all times the very best representation of Phillips brand and culture: everything is clean, everything works, and we are always ready to welcome guests.
  • Managing all vendors and third-party agencies (for example: cleaners, couriers, stationery vendor) so that the services provided are at the level expected from regular Phillips partner, and that all contractors are treated with respect and high expectations.
  • Ensuring the timely presentation of Brand Ambassador and Virtuoso Awards to certified partners. Making this a memorable event in the lives of the partners receiving the awards.
  • Creating plans that ensure the success of multiple simultaneous projects dedicated to high speed and the highest quality results.
  • Being the face of PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD and one source of contact for all the information to any caller or anyone visiting the office.
  • Always being on the lookout for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
  • Ensuring all records pertaining to the smooth functioning of the office administration is accurately maintained and ready at any given time.
