Job Summary
Sound understanding of BBA [Builder Buyer Agreement], TPT, Other Agreements like Property Transfer, Re-Sale, Project Finance and Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutions Good understanding of Customer Relations procedures & systems Demand Raising for payment collections and coordination. Sound Coordination with Client, Builder/Developer and Banking & Financial Institutions Good Knowledge Excel / ERP will be an added advantage. To attract potential customers by answering Project and Service questions. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Excellent Customer Handling and Customer Relations Management. Post Sales activity management and ensuring the ZERO defect function as per laid down policies and systems MIS Management. Close coordination with Senior Management Team Player and Have positive attitude of Client First. Knowledge of ongoing Real Estate Trends in NCR Region.
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or relevant field
