Educations : Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or relevant field

Job Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon,

Brief Job Role

  • Sound understanding of BBA [Builder Buyer Agreement], TPT, Other Agreements like Property Transfer, Re-Sale, Project Finance and Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutions
  • Good understanding of Customer Relations procedures & systems
  • Demand Raising for payment collections and coordination.
  • Sound Coordination with Client, Builder/Developer and Banking & Financial Institutions
  • Good Knowledge Excel / ERP will be an added advantage.
  • To attract potential customers by answering Project and Service questions.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Excellent Customer Handling and Customer Relations Management.
  • Post Sales activity management and ensuring the ZERO defect function as per laid down policies and systems
  • MIS Management.
  • Close coordination with Senior Management
  • Team Player and Have positive attitude of Client First.
  • Knowledge of ongoing Real Estate Trends in NCR Region.

    Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing or relevant field

    5 to 10 Years
