Job Summary

Tracking team of our marketing / sales persons (6-8) in pan India by using mobile apps.
Making daily M.I.S of all persons and put to MD & CEO of company daily.
Monitoring and keep persons reminding about their next visits (by tracking their old records) for generation of enquires /tenders.
Assisting team in payment follow up through our representatives in other states, to monitor to check getting real/useful business enquiries for Cooling Towers/Chilling Plants.
To check whether our marketing/sales people are achieving monthly / quarterly / Yearly targets given to them.
To send enquiries to their respective regions (from our data bank) to make them visit there.
To monitor whether our marketing/sales people are visiting to O.EMS / consultants / EPC contractor in their regions.
To check proposals / tenders submitted to cos (also to check on time against all enquiries /tenders we receive?
Monthly charts to prepare submit and analyze.
To keep on sending SMs/ whats app / e-mails/letters to our branch office/ client.
To make data of E-mails and address (for sending hard copies from directories of various product finally to call all of them for assisting enquiries.
To Check travelling tour bills of persons WRT their vising reports and report to MD/Directors/account section of the company.
To maintain records data bank /files/registers documents WRT to all above.
